These terms govern your use of Still, an iOS app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies, and where the two conflict, whichever gives you more protection wins.
The full 30-day programme is one payment at the price shown by the App Store for your country and currency. It is a non-consumable purchase that unlocks lessons two to thirty permanently. It does not renew. Nothing is charged again.
There is no subscription. Still does not sell one, and there is nothing in the app that renews.
Your day counter, the log, the craving tool, your timeline and the whole of day one are free and stay free, whether or not you ever buy anything.
All payments are processed by Apple. We never see your name, card or billing address, and we cannot issue refunds. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Still provides behavioural support and general information about stopping nicotine use. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not medical advice.
Nicotine withdrawal timelines vary, and where the app describes what people report rather than what has been measured, it says so. Nothing here replaces a doctor. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or using nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medication, speak to a clinician before stopping.
Everything you record stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit or store it, and we claim no rights over it. See the Privacy Policy for the full description. Because no copy exists outside your device, we cannot restore anything you lose, and deleting the app deletes everything permanently.
Still is provided as it is. We may update, change or discontinue features. If a change removes something you paid a one-time price for, we will say so before it takes effect. Material changes to these terms will be described in the app before they apply.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the app. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, because that cannot be limited.
Still is intended for adults. It is not directed at children and should not be used by anyone under the age of majority where they live.
